Welcome to the Mulberry Motel, a place for the family - even the family pet! The Mulberry is a moderately priced family destination with some not-so-moderate extras, like our spacious rooms, houskeeping units, 30" color cable plus TVs and secluded grounds. Located within walking distance of downtown Summerside, Mulberry Motel is just minutes drive from deep sea fishing, swimming and golf.

From the Mulberry Motel you can be in Cavendish in less than 30 minutes - and Charlottetown is a pleasant 45 minute drive away.

In addition to the motel, we also offer two rental properties:

• Home: Cozy 3 bedroom home overlooking the North Shore of PEI with beach access. Located in Cousins Shore, Seaview PEI.

• Cottages: Chelton Beach provincial park, Bouquet Point. Cozy 2 bedroom cottages on beach overlooking South Shore and spectacular view of Confederation Bridge.

At the Mulberry PEI Motel, we are more than happy to welcome house trained and supervised family pets. We also offer weekly and monthly rentals. For business or a well-earned break from it, we look forward to serving you at the Mulberry Motel.

Rates are listed in Canadian dollars. XE.com Personal Currency Assistant. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Motel:
• Peak season: $70 single / $75 double
• Shoulder season: $60 single / $65 double
• Off season: $50 single / $55 double
• Each additional person: $7.50

Our weekly rate is our magic 7 where someone who either books for 7 days or 7 rooms only pays for 6.

We also provide monthly rentals.

Housekeeping units available.

Home:
• June: $1025 weekly / $3300 monthly.
• July /August/September: $1300 weekly/ $3750 monthly.
• October: $1025 weekly/ $3300 monthly.
• October through May: $500 plus utilities per month.

Cottages:
• June: $350 weekly / $1050 monthly.
• July /August/September: $450 weekly/ $1350 monthly.
• October: $350 weekly/ $1050 monthly.
